“Clara Bond is not afraid to be herself… she is very sure of what she wants out of life and she is going to get it.” – A The Telegraph
These next few months are set to be hectic for Clara Bond. Fresh from an incredible exclusive live session with BBC Introducing for her EP release, she's about to play in her biggest show to date at the C2C Country to Country Festival at the O2 Arena London. Although Clara describes herself as a pop artist, her experimentation with the blending of elements from different genres produces something that stands outside of traditional pop. A busy couple of years included appearances for The Telegraph, one of her songs being featured in a film in the Cannes Film Festival and being invited to the iconic Ronnie Scott’s stage, all the while continuing to grow her fan base, attracting the interest and support of Ryan Seacrest who described her as having “one of the best covers on YouTube”.
Having had the good fortune to work with chart topping writers, Clara has made waves as a songwriter since the release of her first EP ’The Chase’. Clara's full band set at Poltimore will be a rare home show for the up-and-coming songwriter, whose unique blend of pop, country and Americana - pulling comparisons to all from Poltimore favourites Wildwood Kin to Ward Thomas - is going from strength to strength.
