GENERAL INFORMATION:
What time does the festival start on both days?
The gates open at 11am on both days, with music starting in the Acoustic Courtyard from 12pm, and the Main Stage from 1pm.
What time does the festival end on both days?
On both days, the live music curfew will be 11pm, and the festival site will need to be cleared by 12am ready to shutdown overnight. Please make sure you arrange safe and appropriate transport home from the festival grounds in advance.
Will I need to bring cash or card?
We would recommend bringing a small amount of cash as well as card. Food and market vendors have the choice to ask for cash or card, although most vendors will accept both.
Is there overnight camping?
There is no overnight camping for this year’s festival, overnight camping is an option we hope to offer at next years festival.
What food & drink options are available?
We will have a small but diverse range of food vendors available all day & night to suit all dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian and meat options. There will be a lisenced bar to purchase a range of alcoholic drinks & soft drinks, as well as a cafe area for tea, coffee & more.
Do we get to go inside Poltimore House?
Yes you do! Poltimote Festival has been given access to explore the entire bottom floor of Poltimore House to host our Acoustic Courtyard stage, secret cinema, activities rooms, indoor market, displays, art galleries and loads more!
Can we bring children?
Children are welcome to come, but will have to purchase a ticket due to the limited capacity of the event. Please be aware that Poltimore House is still under construction in some areas, so children will need to be supervised at all times!

Where is Poltimore Festival?
The festival grounds are located at Poltimore House, a short 10-minute drive from Exeter. The address is; Poltimore House, Poltimore, Exeter EX4 0AU.
Is there parking on site?
Yes there will be free parking on-site in the neighbouring fields, situated just before the main festival entrance when you arrive at Poltimore House.
Will there be a student coach service from Exeter?
Yes, there will be a student coach service available on both days to take you to & from the festival grounds, more information on availability and prices will be announced very soon.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Is there disabled access?
The entirety of Poltimore House has disabled access ramps in & out of the building and the festival is hosted on the ground floor. The main area is in the gardens & surrounding fields, so please be aware of weather conditions when entering the arena. There will be disabled access portaloos available in the main arena as well.
Do carers have to pay?
No, carers will have access to a free ticket of the same value once their client has purchased their ticket!
